   The Root and The Leaf has over 160 different bulk dried herbs including cooking herbs and spices, medicinal herbs and herbs for teas and tisanes. In addition, The Root and The Leaf sells a wide variety of our own herbal tea combinations, made-in-Montana tinctures, organic bulk green and black teas, aromatherapy oils, beeswax candles, flower essences, homeopathic remedies, henna hair color, oils, salves, shampoos, ear candles and more!
   The Root and The Leaf is and always has been an ethically-minded business and we do our best to buy local, organic and ethically wildcrafted herbs. The majority of our tinctures are made in Montana, and most are made with organic herbs and organic alcohol. A main focus of The Root and The Leaf is education. The owner, Beatrix Jenness, is available to teach workshops in western herbalism and massage and to answer your questions about herbs, massage and reiki.
